Serving the parish and the Archdeaconry.
St. Luke's is led by a team of clergy and ministry coordinators who carry oversight, pastoral care and the day-to-day work of the church's departments.
The parish sits within the Diocese of Kampala, and from 1 January 2026 functions as the permanent headquarters of the Ntinda Archdeaconry - adding administrative responsibility for the parishes and university chapels gathered under it.
Oversight and pastoral care
The Vicar and Archdeacon carries oversight for the parish and the Archdeaconry, supported by an assistant vicar, a team of priests, and an ordinand serving as caretaker of Silent Church.
Alongside the clergy, ministry coordinators lead the children's, cell and youth ministries - the three departments that touch the largest number of members week by week.
