St. Luke's Church of Uganda, Ntinda, is a growing Anglican congregation serving families, children, young people, professionals and communities in Ntinda and beyond.
With effect from 1 January 2026, St. Luke's became the permanent headquarters of the Ntinda Archdeaconry, carrying both pastoral and administrative responsibility for the parishes and university chapels gathered under it.
The church combines worship, evangelism, discipleship, home-cell fellowship, family ministry, pastoral care and practical community support. Its congregation is shaped by Kampala's civic, professional and entrepreneurial life, and its worship carries Anglican order alongside a practical pastoral tone.
The 2026 theme, "Anchored in Christ for Unity, Stability and Peace", is drawn from Ephesians 2:14-17 and shapes the year's teaching and ministry planning.
The 2025 Ministry Report presents four shared priorities across every department of the church.
These priorities are carried out through missions, home cells, children and youth ministries, women's and men's fellowships, worship arts, counselling, compassion, Silent Church, Jubilee Community Chapel and the church's administrative departments.
St. Luke's C.O.U Ntinda serves as the Archdeaconry headquarters for seven congregations and university chapels across Kampala and central Uganda.
